With more than six years of experience across healthcare administration, residential care, and mental health services, Mr. Bonekeh brings a multidisciplinary perspective to the organization's leadership. His experience includes strategic planning, regulatory compliance, operational management, organizational development, and quality improvement within Maryland's healthcare environment.
Mr. Bonekeh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Psychology. His educational background complements his practical healthcare leadership experience and supports his focus on organizational development, strategic decision-making, and sustainable service delivery.
Colette Marion Fru serves as a Managing Member of Maryland Healthcare Support and plays an important role in organizational governance, quality assurance, privacy, and clinical quality management. Her work supports the organization's commitment to maintaining dependable standards across its operations.
As Quality Assurance & Privacy Director, she oversees quality improvement initiatives, performance monitoring, HIPAA compliance, client confidentiality, and regulatory reporting. Her responsibilities help strengthen accountability, privacy protection, and consistent service standards throughout the organization.
In addition to her organizational leadership responsibilities, Ms. Fru serves as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
